I graduated from Naropa University in 2001 with a B.A. in Contemplative Psychology. Naropa is a special school and it was there I started my practice of meditating, which serves me to this day. All throughout Naropa I worked with seniors going through transitions and people with developmental disabilities.
After Naropa I traveled Europe with only a backpack and decided to move to San Francisco where I became a freelance stylist for photo shoots. Finding that work creative but lacking in substance and heart I knew I had to make a change. In 2004 I mentored under a master organizer in the bay area who happens to be my fairy god mother of choice. I was finally working on a holistic level as I believe chaos in your space eventually reflects in your whole way of being.
In 2007 I moved with my husband to Portland,Oregon. I set out to create another full and thriving practice in this new city. Portland has not disappointed! Here we started our family, created community like no other, and have creatively blossomed. I strive to live each day I am gifted with powerful intention and an open heart!
That brings me to my latest work as a co-active coach. This work can be done in person but more often over the phone. My role as a coach is to weave people back to their most powerful and authentic selves so that they can live the life they were meant to live.
I have gone to the Coaching Teaching Institute in San Rafael, California, to learn a vast amount of skills and knowledge to forward my clients on their path.
We will work together
to create a harmonious environment for you to thrive in whether that be in your actual space or your head space! |
